Once you've purchased a project, you can access it through your Portal under 'My Projects'. Click on any project to view the detailed landowner data hub with property information, contact details, and mapping tools.

Each project purchase includes: Complete landowner data via CSV export, pre-formatted mailing labels (PDF), project maps and documentation, and access through your secure portal. Custom personalized maps are available by request for an additional fee.

You can request custom maps for specific parcels through the landowner data hub. Select the properties you need mapped and click 'Request Maps'. Custom maps are $4 each and will be processed within 2-3 business days.

We accept credit cards for immediate payment, or you can request to pay later via invoice if your account is approved for those terms. Enterprise clients may also request custom quotes for large orders.

Most projects marked as 'INSTANT' are available for immediate download after payment. Other projects are typically processed within 3-5 business days depending on project size and complexity.

Standard exports are provided as CSV files and PDF mailing labels. If you need data in a different format or have special requirements, please contact us directly and we'll be happy to accommodate your needs.

You can invite team members through the Team Management section in your Portal. You can set specific permissions for each team member, controlling what they can view and what actions they can take.

Yes! We offer automatic volume discounts based on the number of properties you purchase. Discounts start at 5% for 10+ properties and go up to 50% for 1000+ properties. Law firms may also qualify for additional firm-wide discounts.
