Upon purchase, AcquisitionHub grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the landowner and project data ("Data") provided. This license is granted solely for your internal business operations related to identifying and contacting potential clients for your eminent domain legal practice.

Permitted Uses: You may use the Data to generate mailing lists, conduct direct mail campaigns, and manage your client outreach and acquisition processes.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise share the Data purchased from AcquisitionHub with any other law firm, competitor, or third party not directly involved in your internal business processes for the Data's intended use. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing access credentials, direct data file transfers, or any means of making the Data accessible to unauthorized parties.

We understand that you may work with third-party service providers. You are permitted to share necessary portions of the Data with providers such as mailing companies or print services, but only for the purpose of executing your direct client outreach campaigns. It is your responsibility to ensure that these third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements to protect the proprietary nature of the Data.

AcquisitionHub and Data Research Solutions make no guarantees or warranties regarding the current acquisition status of any property listed. Information is provided for outreach purposes, and we do not warrant that a property has not already been acquired, is not already represented by legal counsel, or that the contact information is up to date. It is the user's responsibility to verify all information before initiating contact.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
